Revit does not create additional levels. Most likely you have placed several links, one per floor, and each link is showing its levels.

I often see this happen when someone is using the copy command, don't realize they selected the level and copied and/or pasted it with other elements.

This is why I have a Level Schedule on my start up view.  This way I can quickly see if they were created. Then go into a view with any of the Temporary Worksharing options open and hover over the Level to see who created it, the creator will never be Revit 🙂

Are those level placed inside a group? When you copy the group, it will copy in multiple level.

I count 20 ish floors there so your not far off come could be dummy levels uses for aligning elements to - try cutting a section and posting the image as this will tell us what they relate to.

There are more experts here in the forums that at Autodesk offices. For sure. We work on projects. They do not.

Someone accidentally copied the levels and it is not a big deal, just delete them.  Leave Autodesk technicians deal with real issue instead of trivial things like this.
