Having problem with installing the software.

Hello @Anonymous,

 

When you read trough your log it says you have issues with downloading the material library 2016 and then it's starts a rollback of your software and you get some more errors with your visual basics installations.

 

I didnt receive an error code so can't help you on a specific item, but did find link below. Downloading the software from virtual agents seems to be the solution pretty often. But again I didn't receive a error code so it is one solution.
