Revit Installation Error

I've tried to install Revit 2018 and continously had the same error message appear and the installation fails.  Please let me know what I need to do to fix this problem.  See attached images of the error messages received.

This article is fro AutoCAD but it feels similar.

It looks like you might be installing to a folder that is redirected in Windows? Is your Documents folder getting redirected to another folder? That might be confusing the installer.

I don't see any place that I can change the installation folder. How do I go about doing that with the installer?
