Create one yourself via System Family Wall. What are its specs? Got a cross-section picture?

I found couple on Bimobject. Here is a sample of Greenwall https://www.bimobject.com/en-us/verdeprofilo/product/vp-modulo

Dupicate an existing Basic Wall and rename it "Green Wall", then replace the Layer Materials and Thicknesses per your specs.

This video touches all the basic.  I would encourage you to watch it.  You'll feel empowered afterwards. Promise.

One more for you:

Video describes how to replace Curtain Wall Panels with Basic Walls in a Curtain Wall.   This is the approach being used in VP-MODULO's  Bim-Object Wall that @syman2000  linked you to above.
