There is no "Terms and Conditions" for use of information in the public domain.  Is that what you are asking?  

 

...wait a minute! I forgot that this is an international forum. Some countries might cut off you hands for using information found on-line. Probably better to consult with a lawyer on this one. Smiley Wink
