I'm using 2023 and 2024. However, I tried to put the sketchup file in while working on the 2024 version, but the program turned off. Since then, the program has been disabled with errors popping up.
I'm trying to delete and install a new one because of this, but revit 2024 doesn't show up in the control panel. So I tried to overwrite it, but I failed. To the window below.
They keep saying there is no RVT.msi file, but I can't press ok even though I specified a folder that exists.
If I ignored it, I couldn't delete the file properly, and the installation stopped at 97%. It was fixed at 97% for a day.

I can't solve it even though I've referenced the link above and various methods. revit 2023 still works fine. Only revit 2024 doesn't work. However, I need both versions. Please help me.. I can't solve it by myself.
+ Links such as Help's Repair/reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ are not included, so I don't know what the exact solution is.
Does anyone really know any solution? It's been like this since the 11th.
