How can i add a slab edge to a curved sloped floor?

Use 3D Snapping Beams.

...how 'bout Walls that are attached to Top/Base?

Add the slab edge when the slab is flat then change the slope should work.

Aside from what has been suggested, you can also model it as a swept blend.  A railing would work visually but not structurally (rebars and such).

3D Snapping Beams did not work;

Walls worked fine but my profile is not a retangular one;

I tried using a swept blend and it worked too.
