Revit DB Link Form missing all buttons

Hi,

I encounter this weird problem with Revit 2016 Student Ediion + DB Link form. When I run DB Link, there are no Export and Import buttons (see attached image). A friend of mine run the same Revit 2016 Student Edition and his DB Link form has both buttons. how can I fix these on my machine?

Thanks

Anne

Assuming you are running the 64-bit version of Revit, you will need Microsoft Access 64-bit and version 2010 and up.

Hi

Yes, I have a 64 bit Revit 2016, 64 bit Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit MS Access 2010 running. It's just weird that the DB Link form don't show the export and import buttons, therefore I cannot export it to Access or even ODBC

Hi everyone, We have the same problem on Windows 10. McAccess 64-Bit/SQL Server installed. Anyone any idea? Or have anyone already solved it? Thanks!

Hi

We solved the problem. It turns out that the problem only occurs if the computer display text/control is set at a more than 100% zoom (On our laptop: Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display as in the image). So if you set the display back to 100%, the form buttons will appear.Display.png
