Revit crashes when converting to IFC

I'm working on quite a big project and whenever I try to export to IFC Revit 2021 crashes. 

I've tried exporting as IFC on 3 different computers and still it crashes. 

So then I assumed maybe the file was too big. I decided to detach from the central file and then strip out certain parts of the project so it was down to around a third of it's size, still Revit crashes. 

I have also installed the latest IFC exporter from the App store. 

Any ideas?

Maybe faulty export options? Dunno. Go to IFC Options and examine.  

If it isn't too big, you can post the file here for testing.
