You want to expand on that a bit? Give us a little more information. You might even post the "problem child" for us to test.

When I load a component from BIMOBJECT, it can be placed when it is loaded. After placing it, press ESC and REVIT will crash

I have no issue with the family. Can you create new project and load in the family to see if Revit will crash. If it won't crash, then it must be something in your file. Just post the Revit file so we can see what really cause it to crash.

Yes, I see!  Your mouse cursor is flying all over the place and spazzing out!  Weird.  Maybe the batteries need replacing.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Welcome to the forum thanks for posting. It's great you shared the video, it will be helpful if you post the revit file which you were showing in your video as suggested by @syman2000. Given that the family loads into a new template, it seemed to suggest that it's specific to your file.

When Revit crashes, did you get the crash error dialog box? If yes, can you enter your email address (pm me the email address you enter) and submit the crash report so that I can check our crash database?

What file do you mean by the file, does it refer to REVIT 2021? Or what? Where it is?

Upload your house file so everyone can test it and if they run into the same issue. It difficult to know what is wrong unless we have your file to test.
