Revit Absturz - Access violation.; Module: RevitDB.dll

Hello,

I've the at problem at a customers place.
The projects running fine on other computers, kinda the same software versions (have to check it in detail).

Revit 23.1.3
Twinmotion: 23.1.2
Datasmith Exporter - UE 5.1.1 (Windows)

Windows 11 Pro at first and then (now) Windows 10 Pro.

Sometimes Revit crashes without any dialog and without recovery file.
Sometimes with error dialog and recovery file: Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)

Name of the crashed module: RevitDB.dll

Anyone got a clue or hint for me?

Journal files can be provided.

I suggest you to contact Autodesk support. Send them the log file. They are the experts in these topics. I am sure they can help you.
