Curtain wall doors from autodesk family are not importing to doors property panel.

I have tried to add the curtain wall doors from the autodesk family into my project multiple times, and they aren’t appearing in the door, window, wall, or component sections.

Are they getting imported somewhere else or is there a reason for why the curtain wall doors aren’t loading in? Regular doors and other components are importing just fine.

Did you select curtain panels and change them to curtain wall doors?

your door should belong to this family?

As @ToanDN said you need to select the panel in the curtain wall where you want to place a door, select your door from the type selector and that panel becomes a door.

Curtain Wall "doors" are really curtain panel families...they aren't "doors" that the door tool recognizes. Yeah, that's weird (I call it a Reviteristic) but because of the way curtain walls work that's what we've got. The other replies explain how to place a door in your curtain wall. Just to confuse us a bit further curtain wall panel "doors" show up in door schedules, under the hood Revit treats them as doors for scheduling. :leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:
