Revit 3D Viewer Misrepresenting Materials/Colours of Actual Model Properties

Please see attached images. When I drag and drop my Revit file into the Autodesk 3D Viewer software it seems to load properly but when the loading is complete and the 3D Viewing is enabled the materials/colours of the original model appear very dark, almost like its grayscale or black and white. When I view the Elevations in the 3D Viewer all of the materials/colours of the original model appear to be accurate. It's just the 3D View that misrepresents.

Revit is showing a shaded view and Autodesk Viewer is showing a realistic view.  Set your Revit view to realistic and see how different they are.

Thanks for the suggestion but when I set the Revit view to realistic it still comes out the same in the 3D viewer: black and grey. I should mention that the other views - Elevations - are reading accurately in the Autodesk 3D viewer. That is, the materials and colours are accurate. It's just the 3D view - which allows you to orbit/pan around - that misrepresents the materials/colours of the model.

What I mean is when you change the Revit to realistic, how does it look?  If it is also dark then you need to change the materials appearance.

By the way, elevations are 2D views unless you use 3D front/back/left/right views.

Looks to me like the Phase Filter is set to Show All.  You want Show Complete.

....press Properties in AV and scroll down to Phasing. What's it say?
