Revit 2026 UI: Can you not hide commands in drop-down tabs?

I absolutely hate the UI that was just sprung on Revit 2026! Why are we hiding commands in drop down tabs now? Have the developers been working too closely with the Twinmotion people?! How do I get it to go back?!

Can you be more specific/include a screenshot of what you're running into? The ribbon UI does not look all that different to me compared to 2025 or prior versions.
