Revit 2024: why selecting an element in the drawing doesn’t get its corresponding row in the takeoff table selected,

 

For example, in the screenshot below, as the indicated ceiling is selected, its corresponding row in the takeoff table selected doesn’t get selected.

 

What could be the issue here?

Select a row in the schedule and the element is highlight in the model, not the other way around.

But what I need is the exact opposite! I need to select an element from the drawing to get the row selected.

Is this still possible?
