In the screenshot below, I couldn’t figure out why the automatic ceiling” tool fails to sketch the ceiling

 

What could be the issue here?

Accepted solution

Try to make the Height Offset From Level a little less than the level height. You are currently placing the ceiling  above the walls and therefore it is t bound.

Do you get a yellow warning sign? If so, the ceiling is higher than the cut plane and will not be visible in the plan view unless you change the view range.
