Revit 2024 : Creation of a text notes

Hi,

I already ask on the french forum so I'm looking here if anyone has an answer.

I would like to create a dynamic text note like the base one in revit but I want to add 2 lines in front. See images below. The problem with my text note is that I can't decide the lenght of my text. Any solutions? My text note is currently referred in a schedule but to change the lenght of the text I need to do multiple labels and add visible parameter.

Why not annotate with a Generic Annotation Family that has Multi-Line Text?

I am able to send the text below with the command shift+enter but I would like to be able to modify the lenght like the basic one
