Hi folks, I hope you can help me.

I recently re-installed Revit 2023. The Default Revit material images are missing from the material browser. In fact, there is no "TEXTURES" folder. I seem to have everything installed. Can you help me?

There is an Autodesk Knowledge Base Article on this exact issue, hopefully it can help!

Material Textures are not accessible in the Material Browser in Revit (autodesk.com)

Open the Texture Editor. Does the image show there?

If you go above the 2023 folder, do you see the texture folder? Also have to install the latest 2023 hotfixes patch?

Hi Jay, I tried doing that, but couldn't find the "installation media" to re-install the libraries. I couldn't repair either.

I'm not sure what you mean by the texture editor. "Edit Image" in the Material Browser isn't available because the image isn't available.

Thanks, Barth! I was able to install the Medium Resolutions Images library! After all my research, I didn't know about that page!

The Texture Editor is what pops up when you double-click on the Appearance Tab image. In the early release of 2023, I was continually getting those red-alert boxes, yet when I double-clicked on red-alert image and opened it in the Texture Editor, it was showing up fine and dandy.  I was wondering if the red-alert was a "false flag" like the ones I experienced in 2023. I can see now that it was the real deal.
