Greetings! I have never been able to find a rock-solid solution for this in general since Revit 2019....
We have 200+ users and our IT department uses PDQ Deploy to install all software & updates. We have administrative passwords on each user's machine to prevent unauthorized installs, so all deployments are pushed as "Admin" to all laptops. A deployment package is what it is (PDQ has zero input for support on this topic BTW) and PDQ works for most things in general, but not Revit. Between all these users spread out across the US, it's never as simple as creating the deployment and running it to successfully get it installed. Between 3 BIM Managers, we have literally had to go user by user via the desktop app. Support requests I've submitted to Autodesk give the same ineffective responses and I'm stuck in Revit 2021 as our current version.
What are people doing to manage multiple users like this? What's working? Any insight would be much appreciated.
