Revit 2023 crashes when using Visibility Graphic Overrides with links

Please see the attached 2023 files to recreate the issue. All models are OOTB Revit templates.

curtisridenour_0-1655949503903.png

  1. ARCH model has MECH model linked in.
  2. The MECH model does not have Workset1 linked into the ARCH modelcurtisridenour_1-1655949583199.png
  3. The CAD file is linked into the ARCH model.curtisridenour_2-1655949650278.png
  4. Open visibility graphics on any plan or RCP view and change the Import Category overrides and hit ok.curtisridenour_3-1655949766483.png
  5. An unrecoverable error occurs and Revit closes.curtisridenour_4-1655949862305.png

The error/crash does not happen if Workset1 is linked in from the MECH model. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @curtisridenour

Thank you for reporting this and providing detailed steps.  I've been able to reproduce this and have reported to our team for investigation.  I'll reply to this post with an update.

When you crash, is there a CER report number given?

I look forward to your reply and thank you for reporting this problem.

Crash when editing visibility graphics of imported categories in Revit | Revit 2023 | Autodesk Knowl...

For the new crash,  Were you loading worksets within the linked model and is there a CER report number?

We are still experiencing issues with 2023 crashing. Whether we have all the worksets loaded or not from linked files. Is there any new development or a hotfix coming for this? We end up losing alot of time on our 2023 projects these days.
