Revit 2023 3D views shadowing and glare issues

We are an interior design company and we've just all updated Revit to the 2023 version.

Since the update the realistic settings for 3Ds and elevations are really dark and shadowy, even when lifting the settings up to brighten the images. They are also giving off a strange reflection + glare especially with something that has had transparency applied. The photo I have attached the ceiling finish is 'ceiling white'.

Is anyone else having this issue? Not sure but it's happening with all of the projects we have been working on. They've all been notably darker.

Thanks!

What did you upgrade the Project from?  Pre-Real Time Realistic?  2020?  If you are trying to get 2023 Realistic to match 2020 Realistic, fuhgettaboutit.  It'll never happen.
