Someone please help.... Our team is using Revit 2023 but one team member keeps getting an Error: Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second change not available). She had updated her Revit to 2023.1.4 with the rest of the team on 23.0.11. Her Revit keeps crashing on the same one project file where other team members are fine. She doesn't crash in any other project.

Have IT reset there Profile on there computer. If that doesn't work remove and reinstall Revit?
