Material List - Missing Elements

I actually don't use Revit lists that often; most of the time I export to IFC and use more robust programs for extracting data.

In any case, I've run into an issue where we are trying to extract list data, but elements are missing in both normal lists, and material lists.

Some beams are showing up, others are not.

Anyone else run into this issue?

FWIW: Schedules have Phase/Phase Filters just like Views do. So, maybe Phasing?

Maybe this list of 33 will help you find the missing elements:

Hello Legend.

Sorry, but that wasn't it. It was the first thing I looked at.

It's very strange...even happens with category-specific elements.

I'm able to capture more consistent data with Ifc formats in solibri...which is basically why i quit using revit schedules on large projects (structural).

There is a need however on smaller projects where we don't want to go through the workflow of using a tank to shoot down a tin-can.

I'll check the list out later...don't have the appetite to digest 33 lines of text.
