Hello,
Since installing Revit 2023.1 we have has no end of problems.
On some of our machines Revit just crashed while opening.
Faulting application name: Revit.exe, version: 23.0.1.318, time stamp: 0x62227a09
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.19041.2193, time stamp: 0x7f7062e1
or
Faulting application name: Revit.exe, version: 23.1.10.4, time stamp: 0x637d3e14
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.19041.1466, time stamp: 0xe2f8ca76
On others the PDF would not show the background or Revit would crash during the print or the print would fail.
So we made the desision to roll-back the update. Since there was no option to uninstall the update we had to uninstall Revit 2023. However when we tried to re-install Revit we experianced every problem imaginable,
On some machines it would get to 60-70% and then just start going backwards without any message. On others
Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory. Even though the user does have local admin.
Yes there is plenty of space on C Drive. All the install options are default.
Error 1320 the specified path is too long. I:\REVIT_FOLDER.
Kind Regards
David
