Does anyone know where to find these profiles on the plans to know where they belong to?
Also have these numbered to make it easier but nothing yet

Edit wall sweep type to see the profile being used. You can match up the wall sweep type name and the profile file name for an easier organization.
Thanks but there is some rooms that do not have it, and not sure how to find those.

Not sure I understand. If a wall sweep does not exist in a room then what are you trying to find?
So your not trying to find the Moldings/Profiles, your looking to find the rooms they are missing in?

Find the Profile in your Project Browser, select it and delete. If it is being used in the Project, Revit will throw an error alerting you to this fact, as well as other information that may help you to locate it. If it's identifying a Wall Sweep Type, perhaps overriding the Projection Line Weight and Color of the Wall Sweep Category to #10 and Hot Pink in a 3D Wireframe View (with Thin Lines turned OFF) will help you find it.
You can create a sand-box wall in a different phase and place all types of wall sweep moldings on it so that you can edit each type and see its profile visually.
...if it is a Wall Sweep, you can use a Rule-Based Filter to find the Wall Sweeps which use the Profile. Profile is a available rule.
