This is what I found a solution to the Vault Ribbon Add-in not loading to Revit from a clean system. Opened the company Autodesk Account and created a deployment from the new features in the products area. When setting up the Revit through the Autodesk Account, I chose most all of the extended add-ins and created the Deployment. Downloaded the deployment and then Ran the exe. Feeling good about it, I made sure all the updates were added and performed a re-boot.
Next, opened Revit and there was NO Vault ribbon. Devastated I began another search for answers. I came a cross an article or forum doc or other that contained 2 sentences about the Generative Design for Revit. I looked and I had added it to the deployment. I then uninstalled ALL of the Revit and its add-ins / extended features.
Autodesk Account, created another deployment for Revit but left it simple without the add-ins. After running the deployment, I changed the Vault add/subtract features adding Revit. BOOM!!! That worked... I then through the Desktop apps, updated the appropriate add-ins/updates except for Generative Design. If there is a need, then I will add it in, but until then we are up and running.
