Revit 2021: How to control the position of the dimension text at the style level?
I couldn’t figure out how to set the dimension text style so that it appears as shown in the screenshot below.

There isn't a direct way in Edit Type to place it below, only by 'lying' in text editing.

There is this thread from the past regarding inline text in dimensions and using Dynamo to accomplish it. If that works for inline it ought to be possible to do something similar to put them below the dimension line.
