revit 2019 trail

Hi

Im a architectural technologist and working on AutoCad and always have. The company im working for uses both AutoCad and Revit. So i tried downloading your trial to start using and learning it (i just went on an operation and on sick leave and boss suggested to use the time to learn the program so i can work on more projects and for self enrichment). The problem is after downloading it, the trial said it expired but i never used the program before....can someone please help me with this.

If it was ever installed on your computer prior it won't be able to be ran as a trial again.  You would need to find another computer to install it on or install the 2020 trial.

You also have the option as running it as the Revit viewer, but you cannot print or save your work.

Do you have an option to choose "Already have a License"? If so, press on it. Now you should see "Enter a Serial Number".  If so, press on it. This should take you to a "Product License Activation" screen.  At the bottom of that screen, you should see two buttons; "Activate" and "Run".  Press "Run".   What happens?
