Revit 2019 starts successfully and crashes when opening or creating any file

Hi all,

I've never used this forum before, so please let me know if I need to supply any additional information.

I have been using Revit 2019 (on Windows 10) for months now successfully, and suddenly, it will no longer open or create any projects. It tries to process the file(s), but just as the file is opening, it closes and presents an error message, reading "A software problem has caused Revit 2019 to close unexpectedly." After looking through forums and asking around, I have found no solution to this problem. I have already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Do you know that you can initiate a repair through Windows Uninstall?  Give it a try.

I appreciate the quick response. That was all it took. I'd read about repairing but wasn't able to find the feature in Windows 10.
