Revit 2019 Some furniture is missing in underlay

In Revit 2019, in an RCP with underlay turned on, only the desk chairs are missing. I've checked VG, worksets , cut plane, and  family settings, but nothing will turn on the chairs. All the other furniture appears normally in the underlay.

have you checked Phasing too? Maybe chairs are in a different phase then the rest of the furniture.

New Construction Phasing on the desk chairs is the same as all furniture. But, on an adjacent area 12" below, the desk chairs do show up.

I just solved the problem. There was a 1/16" carpet floor that was causing the desk chairs not to show up. All the other furniture was not affected by the carpet floor. I offset all the desk chairs up 1/16" and all is well. Thanks for your help...
