Revit 2019 Rendering Features Are Disabled

 I was using Revit 2019 and the rendering library was working just fine, after a while it began to run slow and then I exited out of the program. I left it alone for a while to give it a break and when I opened it, it stated that the rendering features are disabled and I need to download it. I dont understand how especially since I was just using it. Can someone please help?

try to create another camera view and render and see what happen. thanks
