Revit 2019 not responding when I switch to 3d view

Hi, When I whan to see the 3D view, revit 2019 stops responding, thank you for help

If all, try a Repair.

Cloud or local?

Workshared or single user?

Are links present, if so, what kind of files and how many?

Etc.

I'd try a Repair myself.  Do you know how? Initiate an Uninstall of the Program through  Windows. You'll get a prompt asking you to choose Uninstall or Repair. Choose Repair.

Isn't that kind of drastic without knowing more about the issue?
