Revit 2019 DWG export layer issue

Hi,

I am currently working on a renovation project that needs DWG export following a specific DWG graphique charte. The project being separated in two models (existing and new), I don't seem to be able to get the floors from the linked model to go into the correct layer. The modifiers used are Phase/Floor/Function, to achieve: AC - Existing - Floor (for finishes) or AC - Existing - Structure (for slabs)(see image). The modifier and export works perfectly for floors in the main model. Anyone has had issues with linked models?

Many Thanks.

What about exporting linked files as separate IFCs?

Thanks for your reply.

I tried to have the existing model as an IFC model, but I seem to lose the phases of the project in the IFC and it ends up putting everything as new even though the existing phase is selected as the export phase.
