revit 2018 nothing shown in workspace

hi,

you might be drawing over the levels therefore nothing is shown on the view you are. have you try checking on the 3d view?  try again to check from the 3d view and press ZA (Zoom All). if nothing is shown please add a screen shot to further check.

hello, maybe you are not in the correct plan view or check your view range and phasing. thanks

I have noticed that when I close the proprieties all the lines appear but when I reopen it all the lines disappear

the worse scenario is try to clean uninstall and reinstall again, it could be some program files are coruupted and see if helps. thanks
