Revit 2018 missing roombook and formit on startup

Hello! i just installed revit 2018 for the second time on this laptop and i keep getting a pop up saying im missing some files from roombook and formit.

I'm not a Revit user or expert but I think you have to run the MSI associated to the add-ins or something like >>this<<.

i tried the link you put but i dont see autodesk application manager on my C:\Users\<userprofile>\Documents\Autodesk Application Manager
