Revit 2018 Energy Analysis

Hi, 

I have an educational license for Revit 2018, and tried the energy simulation through Insight360 before using (Generate|) button before and it used to work fine. It stopped working now and keep giving me an "unexpected error" message (Attached#1).

Another issue is the (Optimize) button as it never worked and always causes the software to shut off. (Attached#2). 

Please let me know where is the problem and how to solve it.

I can't click it, it forces me to shut the Revit down.
