Revit 2018 download issues

Hi I have a couple of problems;

Problem 1

I can't seem to download Revit 2018 when it comes to installing the program on my other device. I tried downloading the same Educational license (this would be my 2nd seat) , however I received a confirmation email containing the product key/ receipt (I never got to where I had to enter the product key during the installation process it just says failed to download).

Problem 2

I have another laptop and with this license I cant find any templates when in fact I have used the architectural templates for the past 5 months.

Problem 1 - Try and download Revit 2018 from Autodesk Virtual Agent. And activate the software with the license you received. 

Problem 2 - Could you try the solution in this link: Revit Templates and family files not installed or missing? Hope it helps.

Please see Steps for Setting-Up Student Software and post on the Installation and licensing forum or create a support case for a licensing expert to troubleshoot your issue. 

Looks like problem 2 is also related to a missing file during install. Please try the recommendation by @lynn_zhang
