Revit 2018 - Boundary Create / Edit Fatal Error

Just wondering if anyone else was having a fatal error when creating or editing a boundary (floor or roof) when selecting the pick line draw option?

I have had it happen this morning on both Roof and floor creation and edit...

I have the latest 2018.2 update yet I am still having this problem.  Every time I go to add an area boundary line it gives me the below warning...

I have 2018.3 installed and am still getting the pick line boundary fatal error.

Whether floor, stair landings, or anything else, when I try to use the pick line tool, I get the same fatal error message.

Hi elinn955YM,

I am now using 2019 with no errors but I suspect 2018 may have had issues
with attached PDF images. Not 100% sure and when the error stopped in my
2018 I didn't pursue it anymore.
