Revit 2018 and Navisworks Manage 2018 not working correctly

Hi,

I'm currently having issues with using the kickback function to jump from Navisworks to the same 3D-view in Revit. Normally Revit creates a 3D view simular to the view in Navisworks. Suddently it's not working anymore. Navisworks makes the jump to Revit and it says 'Generating graphics for 3D-view: ???' and then nothing happens and it shows a random plan view i didn't ask for. Anyone?

Welcome to the Autodesk community! i see that you are a new visitor 

As the first step can you confirm if you have the latest update installed for your Revit version?

Also, try to uncheck Use Hardware Acceleration and see if there is any difference.

Can you share a file and screenshots?
