Revit 2018.3 2018.2 compatibility

Are there any compatibility issues between Revit 2018.3 and 2018.2? I'm considering upgrading to 2018.3, while my consultants are still on 2018.2.

... as long as I know there will be no issues 

... it will be a problem just when you upgrade from year to year version as you can't save backwards

i would keep everyone on the same build due to being different build numbers it may cause  file corruption later
