Do I need to make the computers that work with revit to be work in domain or they can be working in work group normally? 

As my users complained about that they can't make synchronization with the main file as they don't work in domain. 

Is that right?

I'm not architect, I'm the IT specialist for the work place. our computers is working in work group not in domain controller. 

So my inquiry about is there any shape model for the network that I need to work in it when I am working with Revit?

you need to provide them a network server so that every user involve in the project can access a central file in the server which they can syncronise their files to the central file. thanks

Hello,

It works well with my project and we use a workgroup it takes about 8 seconds to synchronize there isn't any problem.
