Family template folder missing

What am i supposed to do if my Family Template folder is missing ?

I have repaired, reinstalled and the folder still doesn't appear on my C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018

hello you have to install the revit when your laptop is connected to the internet so it can download the full library including the templates .

or try to find them in the C: > ProgramData > Autodesk > RVT 2018 >
