Revit 2017 - Material library not loading

Hey,

I have been trying to render people/planting in my Revit 2017 model but the plants are showing up as cubes and the people are not rendering. I tried copying some RPC people from a Revit 2015 model I had to see if they would render but it still didn't (see attached images). 

After doing some reading I don't think my material library has installed properly, does anyone has a solution for this or have experienced this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I had the same problem in others old version of the program. I solved it by changing the installation in order to re-installing the libraries.

But I don't know if it is the best solution.
