REVIT 2017 - linked IFCs not visible

I can link the attached IFC "Massenkörper-Radweg" but the linked IFC isn't visible in REVIT 2017.

The second attached IFC "BIM-Saarland_BW" can't be linked in REVIT 2017.

How can I make the IFCs linked and visible?

Both IFC are exported form CARD1.

Most of the items in Massenkörper-Radweg.IFC were created in (and in almost all instances demolished in) a phase (Legend) that is not visible by default in views that are opened.  If the phase for the view(s) get changed or the items themselves get changed to not be demo'd in the view in which they are created, you should be able to see them.

BIM-Saarland_BW.IFC did read in for me.  The items in BIM-Saarland_BW.IFC have the same condition as described above.

I used Revit 2017.03 - Build 17.0.503.0 - 20161205_1400(x64)
