Revit 2017 file not synching and giving fatal error even after recovering

we are having problems with a Revit 2017 that once given the command to synchronize is closing down with a fatal error message. This keeps happening even with recovered versions and auditing the files.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks,

Hi @kevinkore

Sorry to hear that your are facing issues.

Can you check the Desktop App to see if there are any Revit 2017 updates available. For information on using the Desktop App see the following article: About the Autodesk Desktop App

Note: If you are not able to download updates through the Desktop App, the following article has information on downloading updates through the Autodesk Accounts page:

Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements

Let me know if the issue persists after installing the updates.

Make sure everyone on the team are using the same version of Revit.  All using 2017  is fine, but having a different update and cause issues with everyone else.  Had the same issue at my office.  Found out a couple of people still had 2017 and another had 2017.3 installed.
