Revit 2017 crash on Windows 8.1

Windows updated and this dialogue box popped up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck there.

"Autodesk Revit has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close this program and notify you if a solution is available".
Anyone have this problem and have a solution?

Wellcome to the community:)

Can you please help with what graphic card is there?

Did you install the latest service pack for Revit 2017? You can find the same at https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates

Is it new installation?

@Anonymous hello, try to untick " use hardware acceleration" in options > graphics and see if this helps. alternatively install latest graphics card driver, service packs from autodesk and windows. thanks
