I tried to export From Revit-2017 some elements not exported correctly. For more Clarification find the image.SCREEN 1.pngSCREEN 2.png

Please find the attached PDF image and CAD image. both are exported same Revit and same view. please see in the marked portions in the PDF vs to the  CAD...I don't have linked but have linked model. attachment's are in the above Question.

are talking about your trench/drain position (misaligned position)? it could be your family reference point? try to pin your family and export to autocad and see if helps. it is better if you share your revit file so we can check thoroughly? thanks

yes, correct trench misaligned position. it's from linked model. all the elements pinned in the parent model. the same family used all over the place. some places came correctly as you see. I can not share the family its company privilege you know that. I am sorry for that.

if it is from linked model then you need to open the linked model and try to fix from there check reference point of the trench family and align and pin. the problem is from linked file and not from your file. the both files are in the same coordinates?. thanks

did you try Explode  in the Block and re create block and try to link it.
