Revit 2017 Building Pads gone

I previously drew 2 building pads and now I need to change them but they won't appear in any of my views, new or old. One is still seemingly cut out of the topo surface but the other is just gone. But I know they're still there because when I go to draw new ones I can't because of overlapping pads. Help?

Try this, select everything then go to "filter" (top right corner of the ribbon); uncheck everything and then check "pads". Btw, it is often that after you draw a pad, you have trouble selecting it because Revit prefers selecting the topography instead. So, you need to hit the tab button before selecting the pad...

If this doesn't work, then you have to check phasing, visibility settings etc...

I found them! Someone else had come in and sorted them onto a new workset that was turned off. It was just so strange to see them still cutting through the topo surface.
