Revit 2016 sp2. No wall opening.

Revit 2016 sp2. Architectural template. Basic wall and NO WALL OPENING activate.
Any ideas.

Wall opening is not available on a straight wall, use "Edit Profile" for this scenario.

Wall oening only shows on irregular shape walls.

jdiala was correct. You can only used that wall opening command on a curved wall. You can use edit profile, or under the "Architectural" tab, in the "Openings" panel, there is another "Wall Opening' command that can be used on straight or curved walls.
