REVIT 2016 release 2 bug

Hi everybody,

First, sorry for my english, in french section there is no board for Revit.

Second, I've installed REVIT 2016 RELEASE 2 on my computer last week. All work fine, but I have an interface bug on family type window in family editor.

I can't rename or remove family type, because button are huge and we could only click on "New Type".

There is the same bug for family parameters on left bottom.

In attach files, 2 screenshots with both bugs.

Thank you !

Hi,

I have installed R2 on several computers and the interface does not show these errors.  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling R2?  Have you tried repairing Revit?  Have you updated your graphics card driver?  Have you changed your resolution from the highest setting down to a lower setting and back?

Hi,

I have updated my graphic card driver to the last version (from 10-27-2015) -> Nothing change

I have repaired Revit -> Nothing change

I have changed my resolution setting like you proposed -> Nothing change

For installing R2, I have to uninstall Revit and reinstall it (because my SP2 build number was wrong...) so I think it is not the solution.

Then there may be a bug in the software.  I would gather the following information and send it to Autodesk Tech Support via email so they can investigate and get back to you:

1.  Revit version and build

2.  Product serial number/key

3.  Client Name/Company Name

4.  Address

5.  Phone and email

6.  Exact nature of issue

I have the same problem. It is coming from the french version.

When I change to English the problem is gone.

Bonjour Guillaume,

DZANTA

FYI

The french version of R2 is bugged.

The place where it shows is in the family parameter box, where the changes happened in R2.

Bonjour,

Il existe désormais un forum Revit en français.
